Red Flower Print

Red flower print expresses nature’s way to express the fire element. These vibrant flowers have been romancing women for many centuries across many cultures around the world. Red flowers speak of love of romantic adventure. They speak of journeys into foreign lands. Their poetry ignites passion in our hearts.

This collection includes many variations of a red flower print. Some of the prints display a close up of red poppies, which are my personal favorites, other prints include red roses. I consider red roses as the queen of red flowers, a classic symbol of love.

A red flower print makes a perfect gift on any romantic occasion such as Valentines Day, or wedding anniversary. It also a great birthday gift to a lover or that special friend that you wish to show your appreciation. Some of the images above were created by floating the flower on the water and lighting up the water to create a glow in the flower. Red flowers in particular create a vibrant glow when illuminated from below.

A good example of this is Print #163 Red Poppy Flower Center II . See how the white portion of the flower glows in the dark. Another example of water and flower combination is Red Flower Print #160: Green Water Tulip. The tulip was immersed in a running creek and shot at fast speed to compensate for the movement of the water. Finally Red Flower Print: #75: Fire Rose demonstrates some photographic art were the red rose was superimposed on top of pictures of a running stream. It is interesting how the water in this photograph looks fire.
